VIETNAM — August 2026 — Pytes has officially begun production at its new manufacturing facility in Vietnam, marking another step in the company's continued expansion of its global manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.
The new facility covers approximately 5,000 square meters and currently employs more than 70 team members. With three production lines, the site has an initial energy storage production capacity of approximately 4,000 units per month, with planned expansion to 7,000 units per month.
The facility manufactures complete battery PACK products, including residential and commercial energy storage solutions such as the V16, HV48100, and along with selected consumer products.
Pytes began manufacturing in Vietnam in 2019 and has continued expanding its local operations as global customer demand has grown.
The new facility strengthens Pytes' dual-manufacturing strategy across China and Vietnam, providing greater flexibility in sourcing and production while reducing exposure to supply chain and trade disruptions.
Located near the greater Ho Chi Minh City manufacturing ecosystem, the site also allows Pytes to build closer relationships with regional suppliers and better serve customers across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
More than 30% of components are currently sourced locally, with Pytes continuing to expand local sourcing wherever practical.
Automation plays an important role throughout the new facility. Key processes include automated cell sorting, welding, visual inspection, and packaging, with more than 50% of major production processes automated.

The facility is supported by an MES manufacturing execution system, enabling products to be traced by serial number back to key production information such as cell batches, production records, test results, and BMS versions.
From assembly and testing to labeling, packaging, customs clearance, and shipment, the new Vietnam facility supports a complete manufacturing process.
The site is already supplying products directly to the U.S. market and will play an increasingly important role in Pytes' global manufacturing network.
